★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited SingPost CCK to collect my IC today ... Was having much problem with my thumbprint error but none of the staff there was impatient and showing bad face. However their staffs on duty one by one spent time helping me to scan my thumbprint and at the same time divert other customers to other counter showing Team Work. It was Excellent !!! Thank You SingPost CCK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big post office. Envelops, Stamps, Parcels, Bubble Wraps and Boxes available for your delivery needs. Staff are friendly and will answer your queries in detail. Not much queue as service is very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, I ended work late, so only able to arrived around 5 minutes before they closed. Staff said that I cannot finished within 5 minutes as they need to close at 8pm sharp and ask me to come again next day at least before 4:30pm. I end work after 5pm every day. How to arrive before 4:30pm? Will choose other post office next time as I don’t want to disturb them to close on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really hate the delivery service and the delivery person in charge of my block since forever (CCK Avenue 3). He always leaves a poorly written note which cannot be understood. And complaints never work with CCK Singpost.
Compared to Bukit panjang, this CCK branch is terrible in terms of their delivery service for normal mails. It takes 2 more weeks to receive your normal mail items compared to if you're living at bukit panjang. And the deliveryman places/hides your parcel outside your door until you cannot find and think its lost. There was one time I only found my items hidden under some boxes with junk after 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the CCK Central Post Office to collect my document today. Upon arrival I was lost and unsured whether to take a queue number or just join in the queue for postal services. After observing and waiting for a while, managed to figure out that I need to get a queue number. I observed that there were 2 others in a similar situation, not knowing what to do. Later, I realised that a staff was stationed and supposed to guide and assist customers when they arrive at the entrance. This lady staff was apparently busy chit-chatting outside, a distance away from the entance. When I left about 30 mins later, she was still outside chit- chatting. The counter staff were all very efficient, friendly and helpful except the staff manning the entrance, whom work attitude needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are quite friendly and ready to help the customers. I went there several times before and today to collect my HPB tracker. Couldn't find my QR code on my phone but the customer officer was very obliging and could collect my tracker very quickly after she helped me out in locating the QR code. Superb!
