I was in jurong west branch just now and this thing happened. I grow up with unfortunate family back in hometown and i have very bad writing. Today i have to send a parcel. I was waiting and standing for a few minutes to wait if someone will come and i can ask to help me to write. Unfortunately there's no other people inside. This lady inside the counter wearing hijab was looking at me so i ask her politely with a helpless face if she can help me to write the name and address as my writing is very bad and i worried maybe the postman can't understand my writing. Then se answered me "you write la! We dont write for you! " then i told her cos i have bad writing and answer me, not my problem anymore then write slow la! I felt so helpless FIRSTime in my life. I cant imagine there's a person like her. I hope post office will teach their staff to have some humanity atleast. I wish you for the MALAY staff that one day, you or your family, children, or relatives wont need any help from other's and they will answer you the same answer you did to me. I will never forget you. Tuhan merahmati kamu.

Similar to what other reviewers say, it is highly recommended to go other branchs, such as Westgate or Jurong Point. The staff lady attitude was quite disappointing. I just simply asked some of the questions, and she seemed a bit angly, and started looking down.. This was my worst experience ever had in Singapore.

Staff are very friendly, especially this Malaysian male at the counter. He helped me and everyone else with their queries and packages patiently. I’m not sure how much Singpost staffs are paid but they probably deserve more. Managed to post my item in the end with directions from said staff. Good experience here.

Nice premises and we'll maintained. Counter staffs are very polite and helpful. Giving a very prompt service to reduce the waiting time for the customers walking in. Good and happy after getting support from the Singapore post employee. They are also selling the all Postal related requirements of customers. A very good initiative. Keep up the good work and all the best.

Was served by this older malay lady named Noraini who was wearing a hijab, at the counter sometime back. Her attitude was simply uncalled for as a customer service staff. She was extremely impolite and rude when answering some simple questions and I was so terribly put off by her tone and behaviour. SingPost should seriously consider giving direct feedback to this employee and send her for service training or perhaps let her go, before more complaints are filed.

I brought my mum who is 84yrs old and wheelchair bound to collect her passport, however collection for passport is not user-friendly for people who are on wheelchair. First of all, the branch does not even have a ram for handicap. Second of all, the thumbprint device was so high up and my mum could not stand on her own -hence it says it does not match after couple of times. The lady, C H Tan who is attending to us asked my mum to say her IC number verbally, and my mum who is illiterate could not say it as she do not know them. I told her I will answer it as she do not know. The lady said NO! Only the passport holder can say it!! ... And she is holding my mum's IC - couldn't she just verify it with the IC that shows her photo?? And now she pushed the passport back to ICA and wants me to bring my old mum on a wheelchair all the way to Lavender after 3 working days. Do you know how hard it is to bring my mum down from home (Level 1 Staircases front porch) on a wheelchair? This is so freaking waste of time. Overall, the staffs do not have any sense of empathy towards elderly and deal the situation in a proper way. Everything want to do fast fast quick quick as there was a long line waiting, and they want to finish up early, back to their mundane life. The collection of passport system should be wheelchair user friendly, especially in the neighbourhood where a lot of elderly are residing. What is the point having a low desk reception but not use it for the people who are on wheelchair and have the thumbprint device and face verification panel there. Sometimes how some system works does not make sense at all. You have to think not only for the Able but the Unable too.
