★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced a long waiting at this post office. There are only 2 counters serving for other services. Most of the people come for sending money through western union.
Two employees go for lunch in slots and the waiting time for people increases.
Today is very bad experience. Apart from this a representative of a insurance company keep on disturbing the customers coming to the post office.
Some improvements will be appreciated. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here to mail out stuff regularly. The maciks running the counter are great with helping with processing my parcels with customs stickers, registered mail forms, stamp printing, etc. Letting me take pics before they get dumped in the bins help me with my own customers. 1 Star reviewers here are probably the mensa rejects who either never mailed before or never been inside a post office before. I've seen people who pack parcels with ribbons instead of tape to people who pay bills waiting in line when there is a perfectly good AXS machine that stands empty which i would gladly use if it had every function a post office would do which it doesn't but its great to pay your bills and traffic fines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amidst additional rules in place during the pandemic, I felt compelled to have to commend the staff at the Punggol Post Office when i visited today. Everyone from the lady at the door who was extremely helpful with answering queries for everyone in line, helping everyone that needs envelopes/boxes to find one and personally boxing up the items for us. Doing all this with a cheerful spirit, it was an hour to closing time couldn’t imagine how many hours she has been doing this but i really gotta give her kudos for making it such a efficient and pleasant process.
When you stepped into the post office, i was greeted by yet another lady with a great spirit who was quick to advise me on the mailers i was purchasing. Just would like to thank the Punggol Post Office team for the hardwork and great work ethic despite the trying times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this branch on 20th Nov & had a wonderful experience! There was a queue but the staff stationed outside was very helpful in checking up on the customers, assisting with our questions and problems.
The counter staff were also friendly and worked quickly to process our items. :)
Would like to give a shoutout to Madam Ainon Had, who was so cheerful and helpful!
I asked her so many questions and even made a mistake with my postage, but she was patient and understanding throughout.
@ Punggol Post staff, thank you for your hardwork and dedication! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad and slow services if compared to other outlet. Should improve and provide more Q line during peak hours. See the long Q and not do anything to ask people for 1m distancing.
Checking the rate for sending oversea, didn't provide a clear charges and not explain what difference between normal, register or speed post and how long will take.
Throw me a small form to fill in the parcel details, not give a pen and somehow ask me to pay money first, u fill later....very bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mary has been very helpful, kind and assisted with packing of my package delivery. She was very nice that she helped another customer to use the correct and suitable box for his package. If not he will pay extra charges for his package delivery.
I am very glad to have Mary and her colleagues in Punggol post office to assist. However, one staff is very rude, unfriendly and not helpful. Hope she can improve on her services as her colleague are very helpful
