Results were very obvious. Skin became smoother and hair growth significantly reduced. Was served by Macal and she was super nice and gentle. Highly recommend!

The treatment really makes a difference in thick hair growth and is effective in reducing growth and slowly removing it permanently. I had my session conducted by Jocelyn and she was really nice throughout the session! I really recommend this place!! β€οΈ

My hairs reduced to almost none (only at max 5 strands left and I'm not even exaggerating), plus the hair growth is super slow. I am super impressed at the effectiveness of their DuraGLOW laser treatment! It is also very value for money since the package is for lifetime. There are guaranteed monthly sessions so you don't have to be afraid of not getting a regular appointment! The staffs are also very friendly and professional, making the process comfortable and pleasant! Highly recommend to give Smuvve a try!

I would like to commend staff from Kovan Outlet. (Jocelyn, Sylvia and Macal) I have been patronizing Smuvve for more than a year. I enjoyed the high standard of service Jocelyn offered me during every visit. She was friendly and pleasant. Today when I visited Smuvve for my regular hair removal and Fat Freeze treatment. I was served by Sylvia for the first time. She was meticulous and attentive to my treatment areas. I am deeply impressed with the high standard of service she provided. Being a consumer, the most worrying thing is after signing package, the service standard dropped. But Smuvve never disappoint me all this while. The service standard remains and they continue to groom professional beautician without disappointing their customers. I hope that the boss of Smuvve Aesthetics can appreciate the hard work of their beautician and compensate them accordingly.

My experience with Smuvve started after my bad encounter with a βBrandedβ hair removal company on sudden closed down & I was only given part of refund. I found Smuvve but was so terrified to sign any package. My 1st therapist, Jozy is so understanding on my bad experience. She was not hard selling and even advised me to try their services till I am comfortable. From a lifetime Brazilian, gradually I even signed up for upper lip & lower legs packages. With 6 times on my lower legs, the hair becomes so fine! I have no problem at all to book my monthly appointment to keep consistency. All other therapists are always friendly & patient. Being with them over a year plus, super pleased with their service. Stubborn hairβ¦no worries to leave it to them! ??????
