★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good shoe repair place in the middle of an office block. Does all kinds of works for shoes. Glueing the soles, stitching them together, other repairs etc.
Stitching a pair at 45 SGD might be a bit pricey, but his location is good as you have no other options at this area.
He also has key duplication machine and can make quick copies of the keys.
