โ โ โ โ โ Iโve been learning the cajon with Jovin since 2017 and Iโve thoroughly enjoyed myself! I donโt have any musical background and the cajon is the only instrument Iโve learnt.
The structure of the lessons made it easy for anyone to pick up the instrument. One does not need to have any musical experience to pick it up.
Lessons are always interesting as we get to play and are taught a wide range of music and genres. We are also challenged to push ourselves further and improve.
We get the opportunity to chart songs of our choice and play it, making it all the more fulfilling.
Would recommend anyone who wants to try it out!

โ โ โ โ โ Learning cajon has been an enjoyable journey with Jovin for the past 2 years! She has a pleasant personality and is very patient. Lessons are also right structured, easy to understand, and fun! Good for someone with no prior music background (like me). Highly recommend anyone whose considering to pick up the cajon to learn with Jovin :)

โ โ โ โ โ I have no musical background and have not played any musical instrument before so cajon is the first instrument that I have learnt to play. Kudos to Jovin for her patience, well-paced and structured classes to make beginners like me pick up skills gradually. Her introduction to different music genres has also allowed me to expose to playing to different tunes, gain confidence and stay engaged during her classes. I am happy with my progress and have continued to learn from her and enjoy our time playing cajon together!

โ โ โ โ โ Been learning from Jovin since back in the previous school. Consistent, patience and fun for the teaching part . And always a great learning experience if u wanna pick up Cajon skill! A good teacher goes a long way. Structure learning and flexible to arrange classes. If u unable to make it to the scheduled class ( be it make up or rescheduled) And lastly great environment to have your class although a bit ulu.
Less complex than full overwhelming drums set , yet not boring !

Through the practice and exposure to different type of genres music, I am now having better appreciation on drumming and counting when a music is play. Some times I am losing myself in my favorite song when I 'cajon' along. I appreciate your effort and coaching, Jovin.

โ โ โ โ โ It has been an exciting experience! From zero knowledge to now being able to play worship songs - I'd never have imagined I could do this. Our instructor is patient, explains so that what seems difficult becomes do-able. Good instrument to learn!
