Spacio TCM Wellness - Bedok Mall

Just finished my body message at Bedok outlet. Miko is good in her massage skills and very detailed in explaining meridian and Chinese TCM. Top up $48 for extra treatment after using the FAVE voucher. They asked to sign up for package but not pushy at all. Overall very good experience at Bedok outlet.

This is based on the Yishun outlet, but I would like to leave it here for your info and discretion. My mum and I got to know this place from their $29 Facial voucher that my mother purchased. Overall experience was extremely terrible with unprofessional and inexperienced estheticians. They do not observe proper hygiene and were very rough during the whole process. I was invited into the room right after the previous customer had left. The used towels and blankets were just folded back again to look new, instead of getting fresh new towels. I had to ask before the staff changed the head towel to a new one. Products used were dubious too and extraction was done without much care. She simply used the extraction tool to go over parts of my face with force and was done within minutes. The light that was used during the process was blinding. Not only that, a lot of pressure was used when applying products on the face, including the brows. In addition, as most have mentioned here, they do hard sell their products, and will not let you go easily. I was retained in the room while they tried to persuade my mom to sign packages with them even after such terrible service. They were very adament and would not let you off easily. At the end, even though my mom and I had each paid $29 for the 'facial promotion', we ended up paying $98 + $68 more from the additional serum that they had suggested. I hope people will check out their Google reviews first and not visit them. And if you are one of those who have purchased their $29 promotion, do reconsider.

Too much sales talk which spoils the experience. Lady kept asking me to add on a mask. Despite rejecting her >3x, she still kept on harping on it and saying things like “why you dont want”, “is it because of the cost”, “why aren’t you talking anymore”. Roll eyes.

Just went to Bedok Mall for my massage treatment,my therapist miko is very friendly and her massage skill was excellent ?she able to solve my backache problem and she is knowledgeable!No hard selling just give me some advise to my treatment I’m very recommended for the massage !

Bedok alice She is friendly and sincere, she make me feel comfortable even when she is tryinv hard to promoting Spacio products which is suitable to me. I m happy to Alice for her attitude and service. I will introduce to my friend or family as well.

Miko is excellent at facials n massage, although we cannot communicate in English, she goes all out to do her best. I would love to hear her comments in English especially what she is doing each step of the facial. I love the facials. While she is excellent, however the sales talk n add ons become very frequent n expensive.

Went for a facial recently at the bedok mall outlet and it was a really relaxing and great experience. Alice took really great care of me and was very skillful and professional with her work. Very happy with the results and will definitely come back again.

Sales talk is expected but at every single session?! It is absolutely ridiculous especially after just purchasing a package. The massage is good but whatever positive experience received is spoilt by the sales talk. It distresses me and whatever stress I'm having doubled after a session. I'm disgusted by their unreasonable sales talk and would rather burn all the balance I have than to go back again.
