โ โ โ โ โ Service is very poor. Although price is reasonable, you need to deal with the unprofessional staffs who are reluctant to let me check my eyes again when I collect my specs. They agree after i persist. The waiting time is long and nobody call me to collect my specs. The staff attitude is to have me quickly collect my specs quickly get out of the shop. I will not buy from this shop anymore. Disappointing and unhappy purchase experience.

They offered to expedite my spectacles as they aware that the current specs broke and I need a replacement ASAP for work.
Took them about 4 days to complete! Impressive. Reasonable price too!

โ โ โ โ โ When to Optical shop yesterday and got my eyes checked. Ms Lily was very kind and polite, she explained in details about my eye powers and which lenses will be suitable for me to opt for. Thanks for your great assistance. Will come back again to get my lenses and frames fix up (gonna get a new pair for glasses ?)
