W	Willie Oe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here last Thursday afternoon, staff were unenthusiastic, and insisted that it takes 2 WEEKS to make the lens. Shocking that every other spectacle hut outlet can make the same lens in just 2-3 DAYS. Wonder how they expect to get any customers like this.
J	James Xie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service staff (only one lady manned the shop i think) was pretty rude and talks in a pretty demanding voice. The shelves where all the glasses are displayed are all full of dust. Not going back again.
B	BLAcK GaMEr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid almost $1000 for a pair of spectacle with superb lenses hav to go down to the shop at least 4-5 times while the staff tries to take photo of my eye with one hand n trying to call someone on the phone to check if the photos is ok. She took a long time to take the photo n trying to call another person checking if the photo ok. Then the process repeat until the photos are ok.took long time. Ask me to go walk ard n then come back take photos another round bcos the staff now learning n trying to take photo to make the spectacle. The staff called again a few days later to go down to the shop because the photo taken earlier not correct n have to retake for the supplier to make the spectacle with high end lenses.the staffs not trained to do high end lenses. Two weeks later, the spectacle not ready. Staff not train to sell high end lenses and struggling to provide the photos to make the spectacle. The worst is have to keep going back to the ship bcos the staff not sure how to do take the photo.
