Gwen is awesome. My Essilor Crizal lens had suffered a bad scratch shortly after my purchase and she helped me get it replaced on warranty. Excellent service and would highly recommend Spectacle hut.

My husband and I went to your outlet today (28th June) at City Square Mall. We were not served well. We wanted to buy contact lens and intend to buy shades as well but no one greet us. We waited for nearly 10mins and decide to leave. We came back the second time and approach your staffs instead of them approaching us. We were told that we need to have our eyes check first before buying the contact lens when we have frequently bought them and knowing what our degrees are. Despite this, they insist on asking me instead of my husband to check his degrees as there's no record. Why only my husband and not me too? We waited for nearly half an hour with my contact lens already disposed and decide to approach your staff again only to be told the same thing. The lady staff even changed her tone feeling annoyed. Saying that you guys have strict rules and need to have eyesight check before purchasing your contact lenses. How much long do you want us to wait? You should know better that all customers hate waiting for a long period. We decide to leave and went to another shop and they served us immediately in within 5 minutes. It was an unpleasant experience and won't recommend to our contacts
