Very rude and WELL TRAINED STAFF ,VERY DISAPPOINTED Here the content about my experience of getting SERVE by the WELL TRAINED staff , or maybe the owner I donโ€™t care , he know my spec is broken ( my spec lace have a little crack , cause I accidentally drop It on the road yesterday , itโ€™s so obvious) I speak Chinese with the WELL TRAINED server , he has no smile or giving any passion to welcome me since I check in and told him the spec type I looking for , first I take a roam at the place to searching the spec I prefer , after that I told him that the type of spec I am looking for , he lead me to the display and request me to let him know my spec diopter , so I hand him my spec , while he using the machine to confirm my diopter , I ask him for a new test of my recent diopter since I using the spec for so long , I wonder my recent diopter update. He didnโ€™t respond for my request , thatโ€™s fine , I can do it later after I pick a frame , but while I considering which frame I should get after asked for the blue ray lece price . His attitude of served is very rude and I feel so disappointed and insulted. He recommend me to get a frame with Lace which is better than just getting a lace , so I literally like to make a decision for which frame I should get and considering the Blu ray glass. So I request for the test for my recent diopter , guess what , the WELL TRAINED staff told me that they donโ€™t provide that service before ME confirm to buy which frame and lace , I was like ...... itโ€™s okay , I need to know my recent diopter first , THE WELL TRAINED staff replied me that : I will charge u 40 for the test if u want . I felt very disappointed for the service he provided , itโ€™s rude , insulted , it could be from my dressing (cause my wearing is freaking causal) . I am so freaking ready to get a new spec since my spec lace was cracked . But this WELL TRAINED service BLOW THE DUEL !

Unethical business practice. My son who is 13y.o came down on his own and specifically told them his budget was between $100-120. Despite the heads up, they still try to upsell my son with a $200+ and $280+ specs.

Made appointment n received email confirmation for contact lens fitting but when arrived at the shop can tell me to come another day because the optometrist not around. No business ethics, Prospective customers beware!!

The ophthalmologist in this optical shop which located at Tiong Bahru Central Plaza had a very big problem in both work experience and attitude. They told me that i need to change a new pair of optical because my current left eye degree was increased to 100 degrees, and promised to me that the new lenses assigned to me to be made in foreign countries, and the eye wear is more comfortable than other ordinary lenses . . . When I had received and tried on the new glasses to saw my laptop screen, I found that the fonts on my laptop became double shadows, which made my eyes felt uncomfortable at all, and it was even more difficult to see clearly than the old optical. The ophthalmologist couldn't found the main cause and told me that I had a problem with my eyes and requested me to visit eye specialist; I was really unhappy and disagreed with her requirement, she just arranged for me to find another ophthalmologist at Clementi branch for double check my eye degree. Another ophthalmologist had informed me that my right eye degree was decreased 20 degree and requested me to go there one more time for self collection. I had to wasted my time and transportation fees to collect the optical and end up found the second lenses still had the same problem! He then explained to me that the new frame cannot be worn lower than the bridge of the nose, otherwise it will be affected and see double shadows... I was greatly disappointed and asked the sales girl to refund, but they blamed it to the lenses supplier, saying it was the lenses quality problem and only willing to refund of the lenses money and forced me to buy the frame.... This was very bad experience for me

Unfortunately a shortsighted company! Went to the outlet at Changi. Super bad service! Did my eye test and bought a Ray Ban from them. During my eye test I was told that my degree may need some sort of reading lens as well. I told the optometrist that I'll consider but for this pair I won't be making it When I went to the outlet another day to collect my glasses, I was thinking if I could maybe ask her again what my readings were and what options I had. As such I asked her about my eye exam that day and what those readings were. Additionally, I wanted to know what my power was now. She rudely told me that she doesn't have it because only paying customers they would give the reading. Wow... She said company policy. Which is true. Wrote in to the company and they told me the same! Although I bough a pair and did the exam.. For those readings which I didn't buy lens or glasses for.. They won't tell me! Wow! BTW till today I still don't have the readings for my current pair. They never gave me! I would highly recommend never buying from their brand! Worst service ever!
