β β β β β I used to have very good relationship at this branch and noted that staff are leaving quite frequently. On one occasion I had requested to meet the Br Mgr n was made to wait for more than an hour. When he came to see me, he was dumbfounded n did not utter a word for at least30 secs. After the wait for 1hr plus n his silence n frustrated over his behaviour I moved off.

β β β β β As a Priority Banking customer, each time I come here to place a FD (Chinese New Year Promo), the RMs would always hard sell to get me to buy other financial products when I told them upfront that all I wanted to do is to place an FD. Yes, yes...I am well aware that the current FD rate is lower than inflation rate. It is not a problem with me as I enjoy collecting the figurines. The RMs never fail to piss me off.

β β β β β Worst bank ever. They should have their banking license revoked for lying and impersonating the authorities to their customers. The customer service made me go all around to check on my account, including having to go to the authorities. In the end, whatever they said, were pure lies. When I pointed it out to them, they finally said after weeks of delay that they would revert the status of my account. However, that is another lie that made me go through the same process all over again.
