Starbucks - #01-02 Starbucks

Located in level 1 of Bishan CC. Quite crowded, a lot of customers were just chilling out. Surprising, it wasn’t noisy. Nice subtle background music. I could doze off easily. Standard friendly service, I could conclude the training for all Starbucks employees were quite up to the mark. The lady staff was polite and patient when taking my order. Hassle free experience.

They chase you out on an empty shop. I get it you set a 1 hour dine in rule to enforce if you need space, and that sometimes students stay for long even tho it's full - but this was off peak and empty. Left a very bad taste and quite against how Starbucks should be. Realise its always this same staff a short hair middle aged lady who seems to be head of her shift. Quite biased as well - have seen people familiar with her (she went up to greet the guy at the start) get to stay. In general - she will pick on younger looking people and students - never had I seen her chased people looking high ses out but students with notes - she is watching you like a hawk

Place is really cozy to relax and see people pass by (and the nearby vehicular traffic in Bishan Street 13). Staff service just really need to improve. Default behaviour seems to be hover around rude and curt. Very rare they are friendly. They are easy to get upset. I don't know why you guys look so tired and weary. You don't greet your customers. You seem to get irritated when customers come to order. Do you even like your customers?

Came for breakfast on sat. There's standard sets of $7.50/ $8.50. Got the bagel but it's hard and disappointing

Incredible service from Louis. I wanted to order a customised drink that was previously recommended by another coffee master but couldn’t recall what was the ingredients. I ended up going for another drink that Louis recommended but on top of that he also tried to make another cup for me that I originally wanted to get. Such a gesture made my whole week or month. He deserve a pay raise!!

Nice environment. Good food choices. Generally a good experience. BUT, they really need to employ / train better baristas!! I ordered a flat white double-shot, and was given a jug of warm milk! Come on people, if you're going to charge a premium for your coffee, you have to make it at least half decent. There are plenty of competition in the market now. Please think about the quality you're serving to your customers. We do not want to lose you as you are an asset to the local community.

Great relaxing place for drinks. Staff are friendly and patient, service is great! One of them even patiently helped me through the process of getting a card. ??. Place is often crowded but surprisingly quiet and tranquil. Very calming and bright. Love the bfast menu and drinks. Tip: Order thru their app to skip the queue! this is super convenient. Also, if you often buy drinks from starbucks, become a member! so many perks and vouchers :) Drinks taste great too! Would recommend. ❤️ Vanilla frap: Very fragrant vanilla flavour. Would recommend. sweetness 7/10 caramel macchiato frap: not too sweet with mild coffee. this tastes better than the caramel frap imo, as the caramel macc has stronger coffee taste. mix for a sweeter taste. the first few sips are the most bitter. sweetness 6/10 White Choc mocha frap: one of my favourites. roast coffee with white Choc sauce. not too sweet. sweetness 5.5/10 Choc chip frap: Best for kids! The caffeine version is the Java Chip frap. I love the subtle crunch and chocolatey taste! sweetness 8/10 Mango on the beach: I like how they use real mango here! the reusable straw that comes with it is so pretty, but I think it cant fit Starbucks tumblrs :( it is pretty sweet but not overly sweet sweetness 7/10 strawberry dream creme: a cute and pretty dreamy drink. taste wise good too. sweetness 8.5/10 strawberry mango jelly m:lk cream tea: they use real mango here, and strawberry jam - hence the sweetness. I like this one, but recommend you to realllllly thoroughly mix it well!!! sweetness 8/10

Quiet place for a Starbucks. No outside sitting. Seems many diners inside continue to talk without masks even during a time like high Omicron cases. One infected diner is enough to trigger a 10 day closure and takeaways only. Only can pray ?
