★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an unexpected warm service and reception from this outlet. While waiting for my matcha/expresso/oatmilk, i was looking at the merchandise and was pleasantly surprised by Shyuen. She gave me a tonne of information on the huge range of drinks vessels, their main purpose, their popularity, the seasonal ones etc..
I do feel the need to come back again not just for the beverages, but to see new merchandise in a warm place with cool vibes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to commend the lovely staff who wrote a sweet message on the Grab delivery bag; took probably 2min to write and it made my day! :)
This is also not my first great encounter with the staff @this outlet. Previously, i arrived near closing time and was undecided on which cakes to buy for my family. A couple of the staff approached to ask if i needed help choosing and assured me to take my time. Really appreciate their recommendation and patience.
To all of you @the outlet, please keep up the wonderful work, you peeps rock. ;)

1-Star: Gingerbread latte: Sucks but maybe, will be better if serve hot
3-Star: Tiramisu cake: Nothing to shout about, passable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a French Press from Hometeam Starbucks, a particular staff told me that was the last one on display. I made payment and when I reached home. i realised he did not put the measuring spoon inside the paper bag and I made a trip back again just to for the spoon, without it I cannot measure the right amount to make coffee though. Not only that staff did not apologise but both the female manager and him were whispering instead. Till today I am still puzzled by their unprofessional behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first visit and it was a very pleasant experience. For starters, the counter staff were efficient and enthusiastic. One even managed to engineer a table switch for our party of three. Which Starbucks will do that? Definitely not the ones I've been to.
So we also noticed that the clientele at this Bukit Batok Clubhouse is somewhat more refined and yielding. Surprise!
