The only reason why I tried it was cuz there was a 30% newcomer promo.
Clicked on the ad. Redirected to a page to fill in my details after which I got a confirmation email which states specifically that promotion is valid only for new comer.
After treatment. No discount whatsoever. Not even after showing attached email. Never again. If the wax works well Iβll bring my business elsewhere.

β β β β β Have been going to Strip for waxing. Professionalism and overall ambience is decent. Most therapists are ok (some can be rougher) but have been following Tricia as my therapist recently and shes ok. There will be elements of sales from time to time but fortunately degree of hard sell isnt too high.

β β β β β My Therapist, Michelle Rao is very professional and polite. She is good at recommending me on what products I can use to enhance the results better. Highly recommend Michelle! The front desk staff, Zhenny and Siti, are friendly and helpful as well. Overall, I am a satisfied customer and will definitely be a returning customer to Strip.

β β β β β I really like Strip's business model - they focus on one thing and they are very good at it. The rooms are comfortable, clean and smell great. The product they use for the waxing is lovely and they use the right materials to get the right result. However, the highlight, after being to Strip several times now, is the service. Very particular and the team take great pride in their work. Especially, taking care to provide relief to the skin after waxing. Yesterday Gigi conducted my waxing. Gigi is incredibly effective and has an impressive eye for detail. Gigi also goes to great lengths to ensure the process is as painless as possible. Highly recommend Strip and Gigi!

β β β β β One of the quieter outlets, which i enjoy (donβt like outlets that are too busy) Receptionists are always warm and attentive and all the therapists are great but special mention to Tiff as she is super friendly and accommodating. She does not make the sessions awkward and she may seem young but she is professional, knowledgeable and gives her best to her customers. Some therapists will hard sell treatments and packages but she is not one of them, which iβm thankful for β‘Μ
