★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with Michael in Sunglasshut at Changi City Point mall. He was arrogant and had a bad face while I was shopping. At one point, I asked him to connect me to the store manager to give my feedback. But he strongly refused it and instructed other staffs not to cooperate. Very sad.
However, due to another sales person, I did brought my sun glass. But such bad behavior and negative attitude is not healthy for any business. I'm posting this feedback here so that the respective authority will improve this at least for other customers.
