★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the East Wing of Suntec City, this is probably the busiest of the three Customer Service counters. The counter staff are rotated amongst the three counters. They do try their best to help you and many of them often deal with long lines of customers. Being kind and polite to them do go a long way!
Suntec City often runs seasonal redemption promotions. A shopper can choose to meet various spending tiers to redeem rewards that range from carpark coupons or EZ-Link credit to seasonal specials (Christmas 2019 featured Angry Birds tote bags, umbrellas and Chinese New Year 2020 featured red packets, mandarin oranges carriers and mouse plushies). When available, the Suntec City voucher is a redemption favorite amongst shoppers.
This particular counter is located right beside Toys R Us. During seasonal promotions, it attracts long lines of loving parents and grandparents waiting to make redemption with their purchases from the nearby toy stores.
Pro-tip: Remember to get a queue ticket from the machine. If possible, come by during the afternoon for a shorter queue.
