She is really lovely and makes the experience very pleasant. I’ve seen a massive difference in my skin in such a short time! I am very pleased. She is very polite and does not use any hard selling. She will ask what are my concerns and recommend me services that best cater to what I would like. She will also check that I am comfortable and that there is no discomfort. Results have been effective for my legs so I had signed up for another three areas. I would definitely sign up for other areas when I am able to in the future.

Also note that they try to fix you to 1 therapist so if she is not working on a certain day, you will NOT be able to get an appointment for that day for the rest of your package! So lesson learnt - check your therapist’s schedule before signing.

I have sensitive skin, freckles & sensitive nose, which acts up at times during extraction but Irene always know how to manage it. Irene is meticulous, experienced and professional in her treatments, offering good advices as well. What I also appreciate is that she will inform me of promotions & recommend suitable products for me, but not pushy if I decided not to take up.
