Having my hair treatment -svenson hair @ parkway parade since 2019. Can see my hair volume growth good result thru intensive treatment for past months . Specially thanks to Ms Emily introduce the suitable Treatment programs for me. All the staffs are extremely friendly with customer oriented that you feel relax and enjoy the hair treatment session . All spending worth while when the result shown .????

My scalp condition has improved a lot after 2 months of treatment. I was experiencing extreme dryness and inflammation on my scalp. Svenson Parkway Parade Branch had offered me 2 months treatment package at an affordable rate and I have seen good results during this 2 months treatment. My scalp had recovered 98% from my scalp condition and also stop hair loss entirely and now I trying to grow back hair. I will highly recommend Svenson to everyone who has similar scalp issues. Every time I visit Svenson, they make me feel like coming home. The front desk exec will always welcome me with a friendly wide smile, the consultants Emily and Venessa are very knowledgeable and always encourage me on improving my scalp condition. During this Covid 19 period, Svenson has well incorporated safe distancing measures. They make sure the entire place is sanitized, everyone (including their colleagues) takes their temperature, safe distancing complies and everyone wears the mask properly. They ensure all customers come to a safe environment where they can enjoy their treatments and their colleagues working in a safe workplace too. They are truly the AMBASSADORS of the company without a doubt. Lastly, I must thank another important person ie., my therapist Ms. Li Xiang. She is very professional when she performs the treatments for me. I appreciate her for being always patient and attentive. Great service and amazing staff. Emily is very attentive listener and gives good practical advise on suitable treatment, very friendly and cheerful approach. They also practice good hygiene and social distancing norms religiously. Moriko is doing a great job at the front desk. Overall a worthwhile experience, highly recommended.

I have been with Svenson for a couple of months. I could see my hair start to get better with less clogging and visible hair growth I met Emily before I decided to come here for treatment. She explained to me my hair scalp condition thoroughly and she offered a package which suitable for my scalp. Very thoughtful and professional service provided by her. She always concern for my hair improvement whenever I visit them. Not forgetting my therapist who is so professional and friendly when she served me. I feel save whenever I go there for treatment, they ensure customer`s temperature is taken before entering the premise. All the staffs were capable in terms of arranging seats to make sure social distancing is in place. I am impressed by how they put a plastic layer on the seat where they wash my hair. The therapists were wearing a face shield in addition to the face mask. I could see that Svenson has put an effort to ensure customer's safety as priority. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Emily has been the one helping and managing my packages and always tries to work within my budget. The head massages are especially relaxing and hair treatment are done professionally. They’ll always check in periodically to see if the temperature or pressure/strength is acceptable. Will recommend going to the Parkway Parade branch!

The staff at Svenson Parkway are very courteous and professional. Emily, the consultant there has especially been great in recommending treatments most suited for my hair condition and she also constantly checks in to ensure everything is going well. Emily is very attentive to my hair and financial concerns and makes the best hair care recomendations for me. I even have noticeable improvements in my hair condition!!
