Luxury store but still affordable compared to other brands

19 Dec 2017 evening, I walked into Raffles City outlet and took out my charm bracelet and told them I need it to be service as some cyrstals has fallen out. 2 sales personnel look at my bracelet and doubted that it belongs to their brand. One even ask me if I was sure that charm bracelet was bought from Swarovski. I was rather appalled by that statement and also felt annoyed. I bought the bracelet probably more than 12 years ago which I believe this design is no longer sold anywhere int he world and I had to ask them how long have their worked with this brand and how much have they seen over the years. Very quickly the younger sales personnel walked away leaving the older sales personnel to look through my bracelet and find their swan logo on one of the charm and confirmed my bracelet did belong to Swarovski. From this experience I felt they should train their sales personnel to be more professional and discreet on their comments. I may not owned many pieces of Swarovski but I will not even consider buying a fake piece & walk into the brand store to get it service.

Not upscale as advertised. Very poor quality product and service. To top it off they do a lot of false advertising to get people into the store. When you get there you will be disappointed to learn that the deal was always over "last week". Don't waste your time.

I replaced the diamonds and rusted metal parts 2 months ago.I found then buckle gets rusted so i checked the shop. There is a long hair lady immediately accused me not doing maintenance and i used perfume. She claimed i have to use perfume first then necklace not vis versa thats very ridiculous. She didn't provide me any other option just tried to get rid of me. No necklace can not even survive 1-2 months. I would not mind to be advised a solution but it didn’t happen. The staff is disqualified and the service sucks. Better not consider Swarovski as accessory

@Raffles City only of convenience, items not here can sometimes be found @Vivo. Overly priced. Sub-standard QC, handicraft, finished products, differ vastly from the past. Items arrived at the store not thoroughly check, no onsite professional to check and no SOP. Generally Poor handling by frontline staffs at all outlets. No respect for the pretty delicate crystals. Limited pieces of each design, so no purchase if defects. Wonderful lovely affordable refined designs are never repeated. Designs of recent affordable batches are unrefined and less desirable. Management Seems gearing more towards the high-end buyers. Sadly.

Friendly staffs, nice ambident

The service team was professional and willing to provide practical knowledge about the crystal and handling. I end up purchasing a pair of princess cut earrings. Future visiting - guaranteed!
