★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought two buns. One kaya n blue berry. My aunt just walked out n I saw she bought the wrong flavour i walked in and ask that we changed to another flavour. The lady wearing in black uniform was super rude. I asked nicely and she answered immediately cannot. I asked her why? This is a sealed pack. She said theres cost difference n I said I will top up for stomething else. Then she said no exchange policy. If I had bought the bread n it is those open bread then bring home till at night then it is reasonable that she don't allow. But I've just stepped out! I also see that she is very fierce to her staff! As a manager or a superior you must learn to be patient and talk nicely. I see the way she treat her staff. I can see they r not very happy with her but needed the job so bear with her. I pity the staffs. Poor aunties.
