Meat is delivered cold or frozen all the time in a styrofoam box. If you request, the friendly delivery guy will wait for you to unload the meat and clear the styrofoam box away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time order from them, delivery was super slow .. and was told to order from their actual website will be faster in delivery.
Second time ordered from them, took 6 days to deliver.
No respond via messenger when i pm them to check my delivery timeing.
Now i am out, they delivered my grocery at 6pm.
I waited whole morning till evening for the delivery, nothing.
Not recommended, i will never buy from them again.
