Managed to get the Tefal rice cooker inner pot replacement here. At first, no stock, staff was helpful to say leave my mobile and cal me once stock comes.few weeks later received the follow up call! Nice service. I love it.

Staff very professional. I sent in my tefal iron for repair. The staff knows the parts very well and name the pricing down for me. Very clearly explained and fast done repair. Charges is reasonable. Great work! Keep it up!

Satisfactory service here. Brought in Tefal kettle on a Saturday and was informed promptly within a few days that repairs could not be done. Replacement kettle given within the same week as the original product was still under warranty.

I’m sure TMT technicians are competent, and one can be satisfied by the repairs, even if one is required to pay. However, the customer service is entirely different. Front counter staff is loud (READ: LOUD) and extremely defensive… maybe that’s a great deterrent to potential customers of Tefal, Krups, or other brands under TMT. The service centre is a small space, but you can hear his voice from even the common lift lobby. Maybe he’s the boss, maybe he’s a new staff, but please, consider putting a nicer person at the front. (For parking, there are plenty of *open space* parking lots for visitors. It’s all the non-blue lots, mostly parallel parking, AND extremely squeezy. But, you’d be in a pinch if it’s raining and trying to send in/collect your electrical appliances on your own.)

I dropped by on a weekday morning for warranty service of my Nescafe Dulce Gusto. The lady who served me was very clear about what she needs (proof of warranty, warranty extension and receipt). I gave her all that she needs and she promptly handled my case. She told me that the repair may take a week. My repair was done fast as I received the call to collect the next day! Collection was fuss free too! The same lady was there to serve as well. I think the lady is the same auntie mentioned in the other reviews. She is friendly! Just make sure you have all the documentation!

Brought my Tefal Blendforcer for servicing. The staff Mr Goh is very helpful and friendly. They informed me to collect on the next day. Impressive efficiency. Mr Goh is very patient in demo of how to use the equipment correctly on the collection day ??

Its either the technician is not capable or nescafe dolce gusto is a poor product or both. Visited them twice (so far) and a leakage issue cannot be identified.
