★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the worse service I ever experienced. Waited an hour and was told they don't know who will be next in the rudest response from staff. For every 20 mobile service queue then 1 broadband queue will be served. Don't ever come here for sign up... hear my advice...don't ever... guess I shall not go for Starhub as my choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I totally agree with some of the reviews here. Worst customer service ever! Can’t believe such horrible customer service exists in Singapore! We are known for our hospitality. These guys just speak to customers as if they owe them money. So rude and impatient. Starhub should seriously remove this outlet. Or change the staff.
