★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was amazing, even before I arrived. The staff I emailed with were very accommodating to put together a vegetarian option for me :) and it was very delicious. The view was very nice too! Service was nice, other than it being hard to get the attention of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went down for a drink with biz customer and my customer has to wait for almost one hour for the meat platter to be cooked and served.
Absolutely no food was served while we were put on for the tremendous wait.
No discount or apology was offered during checkout.
Food is served veeeeeery slow here, even the fries add on we ordered took about 15 mins to be served.

Relaxing ambience brought about by the interior design, scent of the hotel and the view that showcased the river! Perfect place to catch up with friends/family. Staffs were really friendly and was really attentive to our needs (cleared plates when table is cramped, etc).
There were coffee machines, water dispensers for tea. A buffet station that had pastries, mini cakes and a crepe chef.
However, I gave it 4 stars - (kinda) small selection, mini cakes at the buffet station and the tier was similar either a different type or slight changes were made to the mini cakes. Some of them were really good but some were either a little stiff or normal. Nonetheless, plating and decoration of the food is extraordinary. Very delicate designs that were adorable and also gave of Christmas wonderland vibes. Would go again, thank you to all the staffs!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Prices only slightly higher than riverside restaurants but you get quiet and top class ambience.
Had a beer and roast chicken. The chicken was pretty good. Although the asparagus was thick like okra and a bit hard. Sauce was great.
As it took time to prepare, the waiter offered a free salad to keep me going! Nice of him.
