A	Abel Angeles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are lucky that our company chose Clan Hotel as our temporary accommodation after our SHN and be able to stay in this amazing Hotel. Excellent in terms of location. The people are so good, very approachable and very kind. The rooms are very spacious and clean with a smart tv on it, hi-tech toilet bowl (just w?w). Loved their gym. It has plenty of equipment. Also loved their huge pool area. I was able to use these once. Hoped that I can use these again. Unfortunately, we found out that it was not part of the package. Well, I still have until 23rd to enjoy my stay here. Overall, I recommend this hotel. Amazing...

The swimming pool was private and cozy. Breakfast was decent. During check out, there was a free gift for their 1 year anniversary. Do check them out!

The room is equipped very modernly, with a Japanese toilet, great views & very functional. Not the biggest but depending on what you look for that shouldn't be an issue. Breakfast is very decent as well and the pool views are great. Great central location as well. Recommended!

After a long morning of touristy activities, chilling by the pool was always a welcome break. We didn't have a lot of interactions with the staff, but in general they were helpful and friendly. Location is magnificent, heaps of restaurants nearby, at least 3 subway lines within walking distance, a $15 ride from the airport.
M	Ming Xuan Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a delightful stay with The Clan hotel in their deluxe king room. Was welcomed warmly by Farah, who had provided great service to us throughout our stay. They had a welcome tea ceremony for us, and promptly made booking arrangements for the facilities. The sky gym and pool were beautiful, though the gym could use more weight equipments. The rooms were comfortable with a large smart TV, with complimentary drinks and a filtered tap that do away the need of bottled water. Best of all, they had smart toilets with seat warmers and bidet functions. The view was amazing from the 25th storey and I couldn't be more pleased with our 2D1N stay.

Check-in was seamless and service exceptional. The welcome tea ceremony was interesting as well. Really enjoyed the hint of tea fragrance around the entire hotel. The deluxe room was a tad small, but amenities were fantastic. Toilet has a bidet! Requests for amenities can be done through the smart tv in the room as well. Definitely will be back again.

Suggestion: have refillable containers for shampoo/shower gel - more sustainable and also more practical to use. There was a little misunderstading about the breakfast but staff was quick to take care of it. Joanne is one of the loveliest people I've ever met in hotels, she took such good care of me and my partner - she even gave us a little souvenir from The Clan and Singapore. Would stay again.

I love the simplified tea ceremony that welcomes you when you check in the hotel. The room equipped with modern fittings and tastefully designed room. The king bed is awesome and comfortable with excellent feathered pillows. The toilet seat will warm you in the cold weather.
