★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zarah and I were so looking forward to this class, the postponement due to restrictions was disappointing … but oh was it worth the wait! Winnie is a font of knowledge and conducted the Tempeh in a way which made all our attempts fun and successful! We will keep making tempeh at home and hope many others will take the class and keep tempeh alive !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tempeh class is very fun and engaging. I learnt quite a lot about the science behind tempeh and its composition. The class gives me a new knowledge on how to make tempeh, something I eat quite often.
