★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was enticed by the Fave deal with Brazilian keratin blow out. Upon arriving there they told me it was just a smoothing treatment and there was a more expensive and long lasting alternative. I was disappointed (because I was under the impression that blowouts are semi permanent) To be fair there was no pressure to upgrade.
I decided to stick with the original plan, but then they said they needed $30 more because my hair was past mid back.
My hair barely goes past my armpit, plus, I was going to cut it! They still insisted. So I left right there.
I'm posting a pic of my hair length to show what their ridiculous definition of mid back is.
