Lovely staff and really great range of clothing. Staff at store was very helpful and attentive!! Love their IG live previews as well, the owner Kelly seems so friendly!!

In my experience, the service staff has always been excellent and helpful. When it is busy, they keep order with the queue and the changing rooms and the pieces are frequently rearranged and put in order. When it is quiet and there’s no queue, the girls may allow you to go in with more than the usual 3 allowed pieces into the changing room (which I found very reasonable!). The bosses can also be seen helping at the store during festive periods like CNY. Clothes always have nice designs going on the timeless, chic, cottage vibe or sweet style; sometimes they bring back variations of popular items which gives people who missed it (because everything always sells out quickly) the opportunity to try on and purchase it again. The only downside is that their XL sizing (waist or rise) is not always consistent which is disappointing e.g. some pants, jeans and skirts. Nevertheless will continue to be a regular customer, the designs definitely set them apart from other competitors.

Had a great shopping experience in-store, it was well organised and Dyan was so helpful. Even bumped into owner Kelly. Great way to get a sense of the clothes and measurements before using their online store which has more designs!

Rude and unfriendly staff. Passed the clothes to one of the staff after trying as there was no place to hang, and the staff just grabbed the clothes from me without saying anything and placed it on the table outside the fitting room impatiently. For the record, I asked the staff nicely and politely but this kind of service was what I got in return. The staff was about to leave but that doesn’t warrant such kind of behaviour especially when the customer is treating you nicely and with respect.

Incompetent staffs at plaza sing. Tried one of the dress in M size cream color and found to be sheer. So I asked the staff can help me bring the darker color dress and I passed her cream one while I was still in the changing room. She took a navy piece and passed me and I couldn't zip it up. I tot the size various so much so when I went out I asked how come the sizes are so different. The staffs just shrug the shoulders ans went on chatting on their own. I took a close look at the size tag and it was S size instead of M. I would have bought it if they had passed the correct size but seems like they aren't very keen to provide a better service.

Very rude service staff at the store. Met her a few times (Chinese skinny lady with specs). Always showing black face. Met her at PS store and again at VivoCity outlet on 15 Jul evening. Was trying 4 pcs and requested to get another size for one of the design I was trying - she unwillingly took my requested size and stared into my fitting room & said but you have 4 pieces inside. Staff could have spoken nicely and asked me to exchange my piece upon request? Not to speak so rudely. Her attitude only changed after I came out of the fitting room and made a purchase. I love TWL clothes and often purchase online. But the experience is always ruined with black faced staff. I hope the management will look into your staff attitude as this will shun away new customers…just look at the rest of the reviews commenting about the retail staff attitude. Pales in comparison with the retail staff at local online stores like Love Bonito & The Closet Lover ?

The clothes are pretty but the service was terrible. The store is quite popular which is probably why they installed a makeshift changing room, on top of the existing 2 which they already have. I was led into the makeshift changing room by one of the staff. When I was taking off my clothes to try on one of the pieces, another staff yanked open the curtain without checking if someone was already inside to let another lady in. Please train your staff better to have better situational awareness or at least to double check if someone is inside. It was beyond humiliating. The cherry on top of this god awful experience was that the mirror in the changing room has a metal bar right in the middle, "cutting" your reflection in half. How can anyone get a proper sense of how they look in the outfit?

Very very honest shop with affordable prices. Been loyal to the store ever since I found them. Quality has never once disappointed me and I buy a range of their items from basics to cny dresses. Honest review: highly recommend if you are looking for sharp and classic pieces without having to break a bank? Have recommended a total of almost ten ladies from different generations to purchase, all were impressed as well— quality, price and ambience of shop speaks for itself. Encourage to go down and try to experience.
