★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jesper is an amazing chef with a deep passion for cooking - he keeps prices affordable so that more people can share the love of good food with loved ones. Every dish was executed to perfection in his cosy home and you can tell he put a lot of thought into his menu. I can’t wait to be back again already! Be prepared to wait for at least 4 months to get your slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps one of the unique private dinning experience here in Singapore! Chef Jesper does Teochew Omakase private dinning, inspired by his roots & where his elders shares their favourite recipes with him!! Simplicity, passion & the details was what it all matters!!!
Mad fav dishes of the night were definitely 'Chap Chai' where a different lease of life have been bestowed upon this simple dish. Served rolled and seared, one is blown away by the taste when one bites into it!! Another fav fish was 'Orh Nee'!! One raises an eyebrow or so when it was first served. A spoon of twiced sieved orh nee puree with that side pumpkin ice cream is oh ma ma mia!!!
Looking forward to dining here again!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb dining experience worth the wait!. We had the classic 8 course menu & was blown away by Chef Jesper interpretation of classic simple dish given a modern twist. From mushroom soup, caviar, "shark fin" to our local "hae mee', we anticipate every dish with glee & were not disappointed as well. Great experience & would recommend everyone to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the dishes. Excellent tastes and presentation with very unique fine dining experience. Chef Jesper made effort to explain every dish and its story as we dine. Highly recommended for visit and re-visit. Limited slots so have to pls book the dining in advance.
