Ordered 7 notebooks and only after 2 days, they notified me that the notebooks are ready for collection.
Went to Funan mall to collect and was welcomed with a smile by Nur (i hope i got her name right).
Customer experience from order to collection is very delightful. Most important if you’re gonna ask me.
When it comes to the product, the notebook is perfectly cut. There’s no uneven cut from its cover to its pages.
You can easily tell that the paper (pages) are on a high quality. Not so thin, but not so thick. Not too rough but not too glossy that the ink is absorbed quickly and doesn’t smudge.
Highly recommended and will definitely order again.

Amazing customer service from the staff at Funan as well on the 29th of January at about 3pm super nice. 1000% recommended to people who want to get their own customised mugs!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice customisation shop for gifting and I am pleasantly surprise that they have a good CRM system and reminded customers on birthday cash rebates and that somehow create interest and loyalty for the past purchasers. Got a nice book with personalised name. Very happy with their thoughtful packaging as well !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend got me a personalised mug for valentine’s day. It was nice, the picture clear and vibrant. However, the top coating started chipping off after merely 3 washes so I am not sure of its durability
Edit: The store managed to replace my mug with a new one, thank you!
