Awful experience with a young shop clerk lady. I needed a tool to fix shoelaces, and she kept lying that they do not have it (she said the tool does NOT EXIST in Singapore). After I asked another shop clerk to check with other stores, she told me that the store actually has it. The lady looked like she did nothing bad. I will never visit this shop.

I don't recommend to go to this store. I was looking for the casual shoes which can be wear both in Sunny & Rainy day. I found 1 nice shoes but it's water proof, so I'm afraid whether it's too hot to use at Sunny day. And then, I asked 1 lady staff, who is slim to ask "Is this confortable to wear it at Sunny day?" and "what does it mean of 'Timber dry', which is written in the shoes." That staff said "It depends on the person weather it's comfortable or not, and 'Timber dry' is our technique of water proof." However what I really wanted to know is inside is comfortable for hot days, so I asked "I understand it, so how about inside? Is it hot in sunny days or not?" And she kept explaining same contents she mentioned, and finally she said with irritated voice that "you can Google it, and research it. And then you will know it." Okie, I will google it for better understanding. However, what is your value to be in the shop? I will never come back to this shop. I know this complaining doesn't create anything, but I can't help sharing my bad experience here with everyone.

Visited again. Had a great experience with Christina, who had helped with picking two pairs of shoes. ----- Previous: A little disappointed. I was there at 9pm today; the store seemed closed despite both the mall and Google opening hours stating it was open till 10pm. I tried calling the number to double check. No one picked up, and I can only assume the hours listed are wrong.

Knowledgeable manager. Interesting size difference for different countries. I was shopping for a new boat shoe to replace my worn out one from timberland, which was made in Bangladesh US size 6.5. The first shoe the staff brought out for me was made in Vietnam US size 6.5 which I found to be too big and I asked for a size 6 which I found to be too small. I was annoyed as none of them was suitable. Thankfully the manager realized that the size 6 offered to me was made in Dominican Republic which fit closer to the one made in Bangladesh. Hence, I could either fit the size 6 one made in Vietnam or the size 6.5 made in Dominican Republic. I chose the Dominican Republic one in the end as the one made in Vietnam has soles which are slight convex and not flat.

Went there to lace my previously bought timberlands. Staff were very nice. Special mention to Joseph, he took the extra effort to clean and polish my shoes. Thank you very much. Really appreciate it.
