โ โ โ โ โ I visited Timezone City Square today and was very impressed with the customer service by *Jeremy*. I was greeted with a big smile and impressed with his enthusiasm to serve.
*Jeremy* even came over afterwards to check if I was having fun and had a great conversation with him. I won a couple of toys from his expert advice :)
I don't usually go arcades, but after the experience today. I'll definitely be bring my family to timezone for some fun. Well done timezone and *Jeremy*!

โ โ โ โ โ Fun place to top off the Christmas shopping experience. Not too long a queue around 3pm Christmas Eve and after 5minutes was able to play without the shoulder to shoulder crowd that I was expecting during pre-covid times. Will def return and use Fave for their promo: $80 for $130 game credit ?

โ โ โ โ โ The outlet manager V.Jai was so observant, friendly, and helpful. I was looking at the mosquito killer product for my exchanged but hesitated to seek for help as I was still considering. V.Jai came over to bring the product down to my eye level and told me itโs alright if I didnโt choose to change it in the end. After my long decision, he even helped me to test it out. When we did not know if the light supposed to flicker, he took another of the product out to check it out. Been to so many timezone outlet but this is the 1st time I felt so comfortable and homely.
