Toast Box

Super rude staff who REFUSED to provide her name and initially denied us when we wanted to meet her supervisor and simply stated that she was busy. Afterwards, she pointed out her supervisor and asked me to "talk to her yourself".

I've been patronising this particular outlet once or twice a week in the early morning for 2 years now. The toast has gotten worse this past month. The toast used to be evenly covered with haebee or peanut butter. But lately, the haebee is lumpy and was just dumped on the toast sloppily. The peanut butter was smeared so thinly and didn't cover the entire toast. Looks so unappetizing. Simply awful presentation.

Everything seems alright except for the exceptionally slow pace not seen in other Toast Box I’ve been to. Not sure if it’s because of the deliveries, but just getting a cuppa takes 3 to 5 min

When ordering toastbox through the online application. If you order the night before, toastbox the next day would just scam us on our money sometimes. What they would do when you order the set meal. They would state that they do not have that certain meal that you ordered, and afterwards normally food companies would refund the money. Toast box however just gave the drink only and just for your information we had to pay for the full meal just to receive only one cup of tea. This includes paying for the delivery fee. It was above 10 dollars and we only received the drink. They also do not feel any sense of guilt as they just charged as it it was natural. It might have been a common practice for them. I am truly disappointed in this practice and in toastbox for being a dishonest company and food businness.

sloppy staff and bad service. customers are willing to pay more here not just for the coffee and toast, but also for the ambience. your team certainly does not know how to handle a crowd. this is a cafe, NOT a coffeeshop. please at least set up a queuing system to ensure fairness in finding a table and not have your staff to tell customers in a nagging tone to find their own tables instead.

Good dining experience! Nice coffee & toast services, you can try their French toast, kids would like it. Suitable for small gathering and family dining/meetup. Not so busy compared to NEX outlet. Appears ventilated, open wall kind of at level 1.

This outlet has very rude staff. Many other outlets I have been to allow ppl to look for a seat first before ordering or they will inform you if the place is full and will look for a seat for you while partner queues up for order. They literally shouted at me to take my bag from the seat to stand with the long queue then turn the signage (which was initially turned against the queue) that all take aways or dine in have to queue together. If the signage is turned against the queue in the first place how would someone know and do we wait with the food in hand until the diners fully enjoyed their meals with no time limit stated? Please work on your staff attitude and management. Will not head back to this outlet.

Fast and efficient. Needs a spruce up soon. But still very functional. Eggs and kopi were excellent
