โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a pair of pants and it was made with a poor fit. When confronted, the tailor was extremely defensive about his mistakes and claimed that this 'style' is commonly worn nowadays. He was reluctant to make adjustments. I came back 3 times only to notice measurements still off. The tailor's attitude is horrendous, I wouldn't recommend this place despite the low prices.
Whoever gave a 5-star rating has got to be kidding me.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible experience. Tailor at kovan branch delivered pants with the wrong dimensions and yet refused to admit his mistake. Alterations after that were still inadequate.
Would not recommend, even though prices are low

โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic service and pricing, fast and economical. Iโve been patronising this tailor since year 2005. I started off with tailor made trousers to shirt and to suit. What impressed me the most was the service and the friendliness of the boss Mr. Tock. Without fail Mr. Tock is always able to deliver quality products with economical pricing. My latest encounter with him was just today. Totally impressed with his superb service, I realised that my business suits werenโt fitting well and needed to tailor made one urgently. Due to the tight timeline Iโve spoken to Mr. Tock last Thursday and he has agreed to try to get the suit out by a week. Impressively I got a call from Mr. Tock this morning that he has managed to get my suit ready and Iโve just collected and it fit well. Really appreciate Mr. Tock for your help. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been using Tock Tailor to customise my shirts and pants for the last 10 years. Their service is excellent as well as their materials quality is awesome. Pricing is very reasonable and competitive. I strongly believe that Tock Tailor is the best for me and I highly recommend them.

โ โ โ โ โ I saw this guy on Google when i was having last minute plans to make a custom suit. I straight away contacted him and went straight to his Bedok outlet since iโm near there. What caught my eyes was when i saw pictures of his shop, full of different kind of fabrics and colour options, i was really fascinated by the inexpensive price. I went to get consulted for the different fabrics to choose, then i secured the deal. 3 weeks later, I was super happy with the results that it turned out. Fitting is good, the attention to detail is great, and overall, everything is awesome. Mr Tock is a guy with an interesting personality as well. I enjoyed my time there with him and consulting him. Definitely had great laughs and time there. I referred him to a friend and lucky him, he is getting another customer coming ?
