JNR Entertainment organised a Virtual Escape Game as a cohesion activity for my department recently. I am very pleased by their responsiveness to my emails and requests for calls/demos. Many members of my department enjoyed the Escape Game and I would recommend JNR Entertainment if anyone is looking for a wallet-friendly team-bonding activity!

Engaged JNR for an online company game night and they delivered! Host Jackie was fun and was able to manage participants from different age groups. Our participants also really enjoyed themselves, especially in the Jeopardy team game segment. Well done JNR!

Very responsive team that reverted quickly when I had queries! We played the money heist themed escape room and it was a fun experience! The clues were good enough to lead us in the right direction and puzzles were of a certain standard to ensure that we were challenged as well! Managed to complete it! Will come back in the future for the other themes!

The escape room is a very fun and interesting experience for me as it tests my skills of observation, communication and teamwork. The staff that handled my team was also helpful in terms of giving us guidance in case we are lost in the game and is quick to clarify any doubts we had for the game. I would like to mention the pros thing, although the escape room was held online it still felt like I was doing it in real life because of how the player can move to different locations and how the clues are being placed which really makes the game more interactive unlike any other games I have played before which only brings me to a starting point where the progress is linear unlike this escape room where you need all the clues and puzzles from different locations to access the locked areas. Secondly, the game was held in a very organised way where each team are designated to different zoom calls and also have each staff members assigned to each team to assist them if there is any help needed. There are no cons that I could think of but theres one thing I wish the game had which is letting the users know whether the input of the password is correct/wrong by displaying a sentence on the screen as my experience was that I got confused whether I could not enter a locked room because of wrong password or the correct one as the game might take time to load. In conclusion I rate this experience a 10/10.

Jackie was a pleasure. She was very polite and humble. She was sweet and patient with kids. They surrounded her immediately and she managed them quiet well. All kids had great time at party thanks to her.

I rented a bouncy castle for my daughter's birthday party and was very disappointed by the condition and cleanliness of the castle. The set up was on time and the communication efficient but the product a worry! It was also not secured on the ground which I imagine is a safety issue with bouncy castles? 1 hour into the party, the castle deflated and then 15 mins later inflated on its own back. The castle was also very very dirty and it took us 30 mins to try and clean all the dirt off. Seeing this product is for children, I expect a very high safety and hygiene standard to be met. Very very disappointing. I paid the full $695.50 and will not use or recommend this company again. I have attached photos.

We booked the magic show for 13 kids (age 5) and Ian, our magician, did such an amazing job. I have never seen such a large group of kids having such an awesome time laughing their butts off.

Engaged JNR for a virtual team escape room activity for my colleagues and it was a great bonding session! The host prodded us along the way when we got really stuck and also reacted quickly when we faced technical difficulties. The money heist game was also full of fun riddles that were challenging enough to engage us! Thanks for the great experience. :)
