Tour Mount Bromo

We found this company from TripAdvisor since we saw that they have good reviews on it. First of all, the trip planner replied to our email so detail about the itinerary. We got picked up in our hotel at Malang around midnight using a private car, then we went to the last village before Bromo entrance. We changed the car with 4WD, the jeep driver very professional even it was around 3 AM to drive in so early morning. At the sunrise point, the guide served us with hot coffee that makes our condition better since it was around 4-7 degrees. And what makes this trip was amazing, is the guide and the flawless service.I truly recommended this company. affordable price with amazing service. Thanks a lot, Tour Mount Bromo!!

Amazing Trip. We went with Tour Mount Bromo in May 2018 and did not regret the choice made. The views of Bromo and the waterfall is amazing! Definitely recommend this trip to other people! Took the 3D2N Bromo and Ijen Tour with my friends and we had a lot of fun! The whole trip is so easy and simple as the team prepared every single thing for us. The highlight of the trip was definitely the sunrise at Bromo. The view was fantastic! The team was also very prompt and friendly when we had some changes for the itinerary. Thanks Alex and team for planning this 3D2N Mount Bromo and Mount Ijen tour. A great service provided from tourmountbromo agency. Any enquiries I had about the trip was also promptly replied on their website. Alex was readily available during our trip. We contacted him at Surabaya when we couldnt find our driver and he helped to contact the driver for us. The driver/guide, Oni, provided by the tour was also very experienced and able to speak English fluently. It was a great trip with him as he shared many interesting facts about the trip on the road with us and he managed to keep us entertained at all times. It was sad that the weather wasn't very nice during our visit, but Oni had tried to make things better for us by going to alternative spots to see the views. Besides that, Oni brought us to places where we get to taste the good local food in the area. My friend and I also enjoy the flexibility of this trip as we are able to get the necessary supplies like SIM card and snacks during the car journey and Oni also made sure we have ample amount of rest before the hike starts. The tour guide that guided us along for the tour during the hike are also very experienced and guided us the safe way for the hike and always ensure our safety during the hike. My friend and I was also very satisfied with the homestay provided. The conditions of the homestay was clean and tidy. We will definitely book the tour again next time!

We found Tour Mount Bromo on TripAdvisor to arrange bromo sunrise tour from surabaya. The trip planner was responsive, and gave the price tour very affordable for group of friends. We had a local as our tour guide, nice tour guide, very helpful. The tour guide even brought us to higher spot in Kingkong Hill for sunrise which is not so many tourists, it's truly matter for my photography things. Very recommended this tour operator about the service. If we will back to Surabaya again someday, definitely will contact them to arrange some other tour for us. Thank you guys! Good job!

My boyfriend and I booked a 3D2N Bromo and Ijen tour with TourMountBromo from 1st-4th July. Alex was the Singapore liaison and he was very responsive to my queries both via email and whatsapp. I was also passed the contact of the Indonesian liaison, Agung, who had contacted me to confirm the airport pickup prior to my departure. His tour guide, Rama picked us up from the airport and were extremely accommodating and pleasant from the start till the end of the trip. We were brought to the waterfall, near Probollingo, which was amazing. Then we made our way towards Mt.Bromo area to Bronx OtIx Guesthouse (very basic accommodation but nice view), where we reached about 6pm that day. We got our dinner and rested till 10pm, where we made our way to see the milky way, just a 10minutes jeep ride. Unfortunately, it was a 90% moon and so we could not see it. After that, we rested till 2am, and proceeded to the viewing point on King Kong Hill. We watched the sunrise and took beautiful pictures of the landscape both on top and the bottom of the hill. We had breakfast at the Guesthouse and left at 9am and made our way to Ijen, and reached about 1pm to Ijen view Hotel (better accomodation). We got to rest till midnight, and made our way to the Ijen crater which was 2 hours ride away. The climb took 1.5hrs (2300m) but was manageable for average people like us. Ijen crater was absolutely stunning and worth the hike up. We ended our tour with a drop-off option in Bali, which was taken care off smoothly from the car-ride to the ferry point till all the way to our Airbnb apartment in Seminyak. The only things to take note would be that if you should be hungry and need lunch, communicate with the driver to stop somewhere or stock yourself up before the long drives start. if you are good with snacking on minimart goodies till dinner, then its fine. Also, it does get very cold on top, so do not ever think that you're over-preparing for the cold. And, I was supposed to get homestays for this tour. So i was expecting homestay that will enable interaction with the locals but the accomodations I got were satisfactory as well. Also, check the lunar calendar and choose a no moon day if you want to see the milky way. Plan it accordingly with the lunar calendar. Overall, I will do my trip again with TourMountBromo for other regions/tours available. It is best to do it with them if this is your first time!

I found Tour Mount Bromo online and was unsure initially as I've not heard of them but decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised with how the trip turned out. We signed up for the 4D3N Yogyakarta Adventurous Tour but by the end of it, we wished we were on the 5D4N tour instead. Yogyakarata is truly underrated. It is a destination with beautiful scenery, rich culture, an abundance of activities and yummy local food. Definitely on the list to revisit again as there are still places to explore there. The team at Tour Mount Bromo was great as well. With a wealth of knowledge in the travel industry, Alex generously provided us with an abundance of support and travel tips prior to the trip. We were also very blessed with our local guide, Ridwan who was excellent with the ground arrangements. He adjusted our itinerary on the ground so that we were at the right place at the right time. He was also very thoughtful throughout the trip and was great fun to be with. And not to forget, he had great driving skills which we really appreciated. Overall, if you are looking for somewhere with a little bit of everything, Yogyakarta would surely over deliver. Do check Tour Mount Bromo out! The tour was challenging (a few hours of drive, staying up throughout the night etc), but once you reach Mount Bromo, it’s worth every minute. The view was just breathtaking. Going up the craters was another challenging trip, with dust everywhere, but the journey was a lot of fun and was such an eye opener into the local culture. (Tip: Bring a mask and some wet tissues). The tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating too. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s interested in challenging him or herself. It’s an incredible experience not likely to be forgotten for a very long time.
