Purchased an IEM with DAC as per recommended by the staff. I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with the amount of recommendations given to me. I was allowed to just try the IEM and DAC in peace and I sat there for more than 30 minutes to try everything. The staff is also very knowledgeable and know their stuff very well. Overall a very pleasant experience with the shop.

Treoo is my place of choice for any audio needs that I have. I always enjoy going to them for advice or to purchase items. Their cable repair service is good. They use quality cables and the workmanship is amazing. I have no issues with my headphones after the repair even with frequent use (8-12 hours a day). The salesperson is the reason why I frequent the place for my audio needs. I always forget to ask for his name but he is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He always asks me about my circumstances to recommend the best audio equipment for my needs and not the most expensive equipment. He is honest and gives quality advice, especially to a non-audiophile like me. In fact, he recommended to replace my headphone cable instead of getting a new set of headphones when he found that it was just the cable that was faulty. In comparison to other shops like Stereo and the shop in Sim Lim, which immediately recommended purchasing new $400+ sets. I would encourage people to get their audio equipment from Treoo.

I am relative new to the audiophile world and the staff at Treoo have been really helpful and patient, providing educational insights when asked. Never have I ever once felt being obligated or pushed to buying but they instead always told me to go explore other products and check online first and for that I feel that it’s extremely commendable. For people just wanting to explore the audio world and get your fix in audio products, I really do recommend Treoo as one of the must go places!

The guys at Treoo are ‘Top Notch’. I was after a pair of SteelSeries 9x for XBox which at time we’re out of stock all over the world. I tried shops in many different counties including the main Steelseries website who didn’t have any due to the global chip shortage for wireless devises. These guys had a couple of pairs in their inventory and we’re not only helpful in the ordering process and shipping, but answered my questions on WhatsApp out of office hours on their weekends. When the product arrived less than a week later in a different country I got to enjoy a full ‘un boxing’ experience like you see on YouTube. (Pics included below). I’ve got to say I got a quality product from a professional supplier. I’ll have no problem recommending them to my friends.

Came to test out one bookshelf speakers in mind, with the help of Jun, I am very sure I am smarter about audio from the time I entered. Mentioned he had 20 years of experience with audio stuff. Came out with 2 big boxes, super happy with my purchase. To be fair, I know what I am looking for plus he is not selling at all. That got me to buy. I hope that makes sense.
