My company bought a ISA gelato display freezer from TY innovation which cost more than 15k. Full payment was made before receiving goods. The freezer was delivered with the glass pieces shattered and broken and we have to wait for 1 month for a new freezer to be delivered to us. We have to keep chasing for updates as to when the new freezer can arrive. There was no form of service recovery until I requested for a few complimentary gelato metal pans. Freezer arrived a month later with scratches on the glass panel, dents in the wooden frames and a very loose wooden board at the side that wasn't screwed properly. When I asked the sales staff she said oh they have to look into it and if it is not a design fault we have to pay for additional cost for repair. The machine was literally delivered to us on that day with all this faults. I haven't even started using it. When I asked the sales person about the scratches and dents, her direct response was "can you make one conclusion and write in an feedback to us"? Simply put, there was no form of professionalism or any sense of decent customer service from them. Their machine is one of the most expensive in the market yet they give such lousy attitude and service. Our company will never purchase from them again. No more ISA products as well. TY innovations, you have brought shame to a reputable Italian brand!

Called in back then to enquire on some products and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful to guide me through to get the necessary and appropriate equipment for our kitchen usage. From the day of purchase to the delivery, they inform promptly on the updates and the equipment delivered was of quality built and they even do a proper follow up with me to ensure everything is okay! Thumbs up for their excellent service too!
