Been going to this store since 2008 when it was still in China Square Central and called U-Toys. Owner is very nice and easy to deal with. Answers questions online promptly and politely. Prices are generally good especially if you pre order. Sometimes he even sells stuff lower than retail prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Your mileage may vary, but generally speaking, the shop owner is a decent and pleasant guy to deal with at least from my experience of dealing with him on 3 occasions already. You just need to stick by his "rules". He's certainly a no-nonsense type of person; meaning you'll have to arrange with him a set day and time to visit his shop for collection only. However, this not the best thing as there are plenty of people who have may have schedules that can always change and for what happens when you don't visit his store to collect on the scheduled day and time, I have no idea. I believe he shuns upon the idea of browsing his store without any notice as the store itself is very small and cluttered. His prices are decent, you can get a selection of good figures at a pretty good price for the most part. Overall, dealing with him has been very smooth for me. Just make up your mind, send in an offer (if you're dealing with him on Carousell), and schedule a time and day to meet him to pick-up your toy. That's all, plain & simple. If you cant do that, do stay away at all costs as i doubt he's the type to have patience to deal with people (as can be seen by other reviews also).

Please do not go to this store. Worst owner in Singapore. Not a friendly toy store, the way he will entertain you will get your blood boil

Speechless to this owner that always make customer feel annoyed n make the customer feel “stupid “? This cannot that cannot, u should do like this…like that before u can order or buy from me? u must meet his requirements strictly even on how you pay to him. Not even a thank you from him. Having enough of all these. Seriously not getting anything from him in future. Sorry u can say im too sensitive but I suggest u get the taste from him first. What the hell….

Contrary to how some others have experienced the store, I thought the owner was quite friendly and helpful. Had a good experience and nice small chats with the owner on stocks and figurines. Will come back to buy more, thanks.
