★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful jewelry and service is really nice if you can find a sales staff to work with. Since I was shopping during the pandemic, I was given full attention because there was nobody else buying anything in the shop. I had a poorer experience a couple of weeks before lockdown when I walked in and was not acknowledged promptly - probably because I didn't look like I was going to buy anything. I did manage to try on some items and came back for a purchase though. Christine Kim who served me the first time was very sweet and I wish she was there when I went back to make my purchase, but I had a very nice experience overall the second time round as well and tried on a number of other items that I am now considering purchasing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VCA SAs are playing games with customers on the availability of their stock. Give your customer the run around. Horrible. Your loss. Went to Cartier instead to buy because you guys just put me off buying from you. Please reconsider before going to VCA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, elegant jewelry. I tried walk-in but the Q-time was too long so I cut losses. I returned back to Ion Orchard branch but this time I made prior appointment booking to view the jewelry.
I have a pleasing, enjoyable experience. Lindis is attentive towards my needs and request. She communicates well on the products’ benefits ( pros n cons on maintenance) and also the significance of each piece that I picked . She also shared how it fits into my skin tone & considerations pertaining to my wardrobe.
Overall, love the jewelry, customer service and purchased experience. If u plan to visit, will recommend to make appointment to view jewelry.
