Before sale, service was great, aftersale service is astrocious, asked whether if i can get parts for a broken part of the chair, got MIA'ed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality product and customer service. Not worth $300. A $30 chair may do better. Initial uneven seating platform was replaced by seller. Further issues, low quality wheel caster (difficulty move straight direct) and chair lift piston system (no movement). Seller did not response to early feedback and after ask buyer need to pay for replacement wheels transport later. Do not reply anymore. Irresponsible.
