★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked via booking.com for staycation since rating there is 8.0. Despite that upon arrival i got disappointed immediately. The place is dark, stuffy and smelly. Even though i reserve only 1 day prior to arrival, the place didn’t allow a waiver or partial charge upon cancellation but charge me the full price SGD2,300. I cancelled immediately and lost that much money.
Since i canceled the booking i cannot leave a rating on booking.com.
Please be very careful when you book it. I have been to much better places with the same price ranges and better location.
Also through this incident I decided to delete my booking.com app. At least i found the rating on agoda is lower which is more truthful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept of 'studio' is not fully applied here. Guest need to share the kitchen with another guest(s) which impact on your privacy. Also, you will get your deposit more 29 days which differ to the statement on the website. Even though you remind the management so many times, they will ignore you and give so many reasons to delay the payment of your deposit. Lastly, the location is far from public transport, only one bus pass this residence area. Please consider all these things before you book.
