★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been here for about 3 times with my baby. It is one of the best clinic and it will always be my preferred clinic. The doctors are clear with instructions on how to treat my baby. Receptionist are polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New & clean clinic also very convenient as located at level 2 of Canberra Plaza. However, the consultation experience is poor. Firstly, requested doctor to speak Mandarin. He given one kind of face to me. Secondly, doctor requested me to go for swab test next day morning, which i rejected. But, he still submitted appointment time for swab test at 9am to 9.30am but didn't tell me. Thirdly, when i asked about venue of swab test. He refused to tell me, just mentioned not too far & convenient place. Although he knew the venue as he is the one submitted the time & venue of swab test. After consultation of doctor, when i collected my medicine at reception counter only i got to know the time is morning & venue. Overall, this is my first time also is my last time to visit this clinic. Not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Really true the doctors kept changing. Not consistent. I had a ligament torn on my left shoulder when attended in A&e however one of the old doc mentioned it was stomach flu/pain lol what even. There’s more stories when I came back to them again. Not pleasant trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience..the telephone forever can never reach..two nurses sit in the desk and I called the phone.the phone just ring and the two nurses will never pick up . When I come in and ask why never pick up phone..tthey say they are busy with swapping patientand cleaning..Worst.like what other review doctor keep changing and one visit charge high rate by Dr unknown(not the flu subsidised rate by government) without examine on the patient.the day before we just went for same flu reason! The Reason given was also due to sensitivity on nose, so not fall under flu/cough..avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 ladies at reception are most friendly and welcoming nurses i've ever experienced. Soft spoken and calming which is really important when u are sick and feel unwell. One lady came out her way to let me know meds are ready when i waited outside the clinic. During my visit, there were a mandarin speaking couple. They were also very nice to them even though they can't communicate in Mandarin.
Dr.Tan is efficient and clear with the cause of sickness and instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses/receptionists are always very nice and welcoming, but I always seem to be seeing a different doctor each time and personally I prefer to see the same doctor, since I’m going back to the same clinic. And most of the doctors just don’t make you feel at ease… there was even one that was fumbling so badly with the biohazard bag for my PCR test.
However, my bad experience today sealed the deal and I’m never going back there.
The clinic was to remain open till 2:30pm and I rushed down immediately after a work call and arrived at 12:30pm. Only to be denied registration because there were other patients (I saw 2) and the doctor wanted to go for lunch on time. I wouldn’t have minded so much if this were a standalone disappointing incident, but think they’ve already accumulated enough for me to safely say I’ll never return.
