From start to finish, she was amazing - patient, creative, brilliant suggestions and a perfectionist - bringing to life my dream dress. She is also competitively priced. I cannot rate her more highly - thank you Vivian!

Also appreciate that she doesn't tell you "of course we can do anything you want" but explains why some things might not be suitable, which is really reassuring that she knows what she's doing. Not pushy at all, great customer service!

I wish Vivian would have been more comprehensive, patient and kind which would have made the whole experience much more pleasant and enjoyable. I feel that should be the case for bride dresses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my wedding dress made by Vivian and it turned out more then I expected. loved it more then I thought it would for the fact that I could use one dress in two different styles by simply adding a collar which gave the original carefree boho dress a more formal event vibe.
Vivian was also very experienced during our discussions and gave good suggestions and advises. Throughout the making of she gave timely updates as well. Will definitely recommend her services for bespoke wedding dresses:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to Vivian for a bespoke gown for my wedding is probably one of the most fun, stress-free and fuss-free experience in my wedding planning journey! Vivian is extremely knowledgable and thoughtful. She took the time to unpack what I want/ like, asked me questions to probe further and was careful to study my body shape to make sure that it is what really fits me. She was meticulous in every step of the process. She found a really beautiful fabric that was just what I was looking for. The dress was so comfortable, I could walk all around City Hall in it! I am so glad that I didn't just get something off the rack and found something that I was truly comfortable and happy with on my wedding day. I also know that it is something that is really uniquely me and not a design that can be found just about anywhere! If you're looking for someone to do your wedding dress, Vivian is the perfect choice :) Thanks Vivian!
