(Previously there was a cabinet, that's why the wallpaper didn't cover the wall behind the cabinet). I got to know this company - Wall Cosmetics from Google. There is a good review from someone so I decided to give it a try. I contacted Mr Zhang, the quote he gave is very reasonable and he even gave me advice, alternate options and quotes. After consideration, we confirmed to engage them, they were able to arrange to come the next day. The thing that impressed me the most is that they have done a fast and great job. They are friendly, professional and they even go the extra mile by removing and installing another small part of the wall that we had overlooked. I really appreciate that, and I will definitely look for them again. Wall Cosmetics are highly recommended.

Although it was just one door, the coordinator patiently answered all my queries on whatsapp and lent his expertise on the suitable choice of wallpaper for the door. It is evident that there is a great improvement from our original door. I am extremely pleased with the result as well as the customer service rendered throughout the process, thank you!

T	Teng Ping Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things they got wrong: 1. Invoice (Had to rectify 3 times because the staff kept keying in mistakes that bumped up the price) 2. Wrong designs ordered - Claimed that their Korean supplier made the mistake, but no one checked before they deliver to our house and almost installed both) 3. Dimensions for blinds were measured wrongly - staff only realized they could not install properly as the blinds were too small for my window. 3. Forgot to re-order the correct blinds for me 4. When asked about the blinds some weeks later (no contact in between), said that the supplier did not have the designs any more and asked me to choose 2 more as back-up. 5. Said the back-up designs were out of stock as well. Good job.
S	Suraiya AL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Boss only send 1 guy to install wallpaper for 3 bedrooms (BTO-size bedroom). I was shocked as I did wallpaper with other company any they always send 2 guys. This guy came at 10am and only at 6.30pm the second guy came (probably activated). Worst still, they left my place at 8 plus at night! That’s 10h in my house, for God’s sake! My whole day’s plan was ruined and I had to clean up very late before I put my kids to bed! Awful service! The next time you don’t have enough people, just let your customers know first! I gave 2 stars just because the lady who served me at Canberra had good service!
