★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had sleep problems and urgently needed sleep aid supplement. Ordered online via click and collect. I thought that if I made an order in advance, I could come pick it up same day after work. To my surprise the staff told me I had to wait usually a week for the product to arrive. Wow, completely defeats the purpose of click and collect isn't it. In that case I rather purchase online from other e-commerce platforms and have it delivered to my doorstep instead! Definitely not supporting again ever.

Shoutout to Charlene who did.a great job explaining the multiple different products to me despite there being so many to choose from and she is able to remember all the different products well. Staffs like Charlene are why customers enjoy shopping at Watsons Plaza Sing. The indefatigable spirit of her is truly commendable.
