★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Male Cashier is not helpful and made sarcastic remarks to my mum when she was generally asking a question and the best part is that he actually double charge my mum. we didn't realize it until we reach home.
Watson you are a leading brand and please look into the people you hire. I am rather disappointed with Watson at PLQ Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rushed to this Watson’s outlet urgently looking for an ART test kit because of work commitments and unluckily this customer in front of me in the queue bought all the remaining test kits in the shop. A very kind staff named Azhari saw that I was in such a panic and he offered me his personal ART test kit and didn’t want to accept payment from me. Thanks to Mr Azhari’s thoughtful gesture, I was able to meet my work requirement for an ART test submission and I am so grateful! Would definitely come back here and make this my go-to pharmacy in the future. Thank you! :)
