We had a great experience engaging WeddingCrafters for our pre-wedding shoot! The first appointment was nicely paced and I was able to try several gowns I had my eye on. The bridal consultants were very patient and provided very valuable input. We ended up picking a pre-wedding gown that I had not expected to like so much, and the photos turned out great! I like that the gown was very lightweight, and that the bridal consultant was able to help to add on a detachable train to the gown for extra dramatic effect. We were also able to borrow a couple of props and useful items for the shoot eg. the changing tent, portable fan and the flower bouquet which came in handy. Administrative-wise, the whole process was also very fuss free. They were very responsive to our queries and accommodating to our requests. All in all we had a great experience and are looking forward to engaging them again for our actual wedding day!

Choosing WeddingCrafters was one of the best decisions that I have made for my wedding. I am proud to call myself a #WCbride! I went with WC for 1 x gown for PWS and 2 x gowns for AD. I shortlisted several “highly raved-about” gown places during my wedding planning and visited two of them before heading to WC. I was served by Wan Lin on my first visit and my husband and I were so highly impressed by her service. While she is more on the soft-spoken side, it was extremely comfortable talking to her and sharing with her my concerns. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she provided several suggestions to address my concerns. I managed to shortlist a few nice gowns (though not my final ones). Most importantly, there was no hard-selling at all! (I even had to initiate asking about their packages hahaha). As WC was just my third gown place, I did not sign on the spot (which in hindsight, was a pity, as there is a great same-day discount). I couldn’t stop thinking about their wonderful service and on the same week, my husband went back to sign with them (they have a rather good same-week promo too!) I was subsequently served by Cheryl and Estella too, and their services are equally amazing. All WhatsApp liaison was with Jason, who is always very friendly and ready to answer all the queries I have. They may be a little slower in response sometimes, but I can understand as they are rather short in manpower (especially during new gowns launch period). For their PWS package, WC also provided a set of complimentary items to ease our PWS experience. We borrowed their rustic faux bouquet, changing tent, and insect repellent (we didn’t borrow the handheld steamer as there was no need for the gown I chose). Another thing I love about WC is their VIP launch week! (You become an ”existing bride” once you sign with them and can attend their VIP launches) The VIP launch week makes you feel exclusive as you get a sneak preview and get to select the gowns you want ahead of the public. It really makes you feel like a VIP ? only downside is the snatching of the slots for the VIP launch week. I recall the website was down for 1-2 hours during one of the launches due to high traffic (had to wait late into the night). While WC pride themselves to be professionals in self-produced gowns, they provide a whole suite of other wedding-related items as well. As a WC bride, I got discounts for their sister brand heels (I am also a #ODbride!), as well as their actual day props set. I went with their 4inch white Laurel heels which was SO COMFORTABLE AND BEAUTIFUL. I am used to wearing high heels so I was ok with 4inch, however, the WC team will suggest a suitable heel height for you depending on your comfort level. We also rented a Prop Set from WC at a discounted rate, which was #noragrets! It was soooo pretty (totally the style we wanted), and much cheaper than engaging professional props vendors. Only thing is that we (and our friends) have the lug all the items back home, to hotel, and back to WC to return (which we were fine with it). All in all, it was wonderful to have WeddingCrafters walk this wedding journey with us. Thank you Wan Lin, Cheryl, Jason and Estella! 10/10 recommendation from me!

Best decision made to go with wedding crafters. They were so friendly and understanding which is very important during this pandemic period. They are also able to recommend what is suitable and give good advices to any questions i had. What i liked most about gowns from wedding crafters is that the gowns are very light weight which is best for actual day because i want to be comfortable to move around.As the gowns are made locally, the dresses also fit very well. Also got their heels from their oooh darling which are super gorgeous n comfy! definetly can wear even after the wedding

Shoutout to the Wedding Crafters Team for being such great people, which is such a bonus on top of being professional, responsive and supportive in all of wedding planning. Not to mention, they design, make and fit very well made dresses that feels good and wears well. Cheryl who fitted me 2 times has a great eye on what looks good on you. I really value her thoughts and opinions.

Staff was really nice and patient. During my first trial appointment, was given the chance to try out about 9-10 different dresses. They also gave options for each dress so that I can have a better idea of what I like / dislike - eg. With sleeves, with cape, etc. I also went to 4 other bridal shops but for those I only managed to try out 5 dresses on average. Which is hugely inadequate as a lost bride, who does not yet know what she likes. Really appreciate the patience and helpful staff whom has made the whole experience stress free and very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Hands down the most comfortable wedding dress! Got both my white gown & 2nd gown from them. Big shout out to WC team especially Cheryl & Estella for fitting me a number of times and they are always so so helpful, kind and patience with me. They also give very constructive feedback and have the eyes for details. Their level of craft, meticulousness & personable is something that has won me over (of coz the pretty hand sewn gown). Many of my friends told me the gowns are pretty! Its my honor and such a special feeling to wear gowns that are hand sewn by the team. Will highly recommend Wedding crafters to everyone! ?

So so thankful that we chanced upon Wedding Crafters! Their gowns are beautiful & well maintained, everyone on the team provided warm & sincere service & was very helpful throughout the whole process, especially Estella, Wan Lin & Jason. On our first visit, we were assisted by Estella. While our visits to the other bridal shops have been stressful or disappointing, Estella proved that gown fitting can be educational, fun & very exciting! The one hour fitting booked allowed me to try many gowns, she was determined to help me find the perfect gown that best complimented my features. My favourite gown ended up being the one she recommended. No regrets signing on with them immediately. Subsequent fittings were mostly with Wan Lin. Her knowledge on body shapes/gowns & attention to detail is commendable. I really enjoyed listening to her explain how the detailed alterations will be done. I knew then I was in good hands & the final fitting proved this to be true. Last but not least, thank you Jason for the prompt follow-ups, speedy replies & efficient coordination. Once again, thank you WC team ♥️

Signed with them for my PWS and AD gowns, no regrets choosing them! The entire experience has been fuss-free and pleasant. Estella made my first appointment a comfortable one as she allowed me to try-out several different types of gowns before shortlisting on the kind of wedding gown that suits me. Subsequent fitting appointments with Wan Lin were enjoyable and fun. Always look forward to their new collections launched quarterly, their designs are intricate and pretty!
