Wei Yan attended to us patiently on our walk-in. We were clueless and only asked for the renovation to turn out functional. He scheduled the discussion sessions systematically, so that we had time to think and review our discussions before we decide. This was very helpful to minimise the stress to have to make an on-site decision. Drawings were professionally done and suggested materials were of good quality. There exists a two-way communications throughout the renovation, even until now, post-renovation. Weiyan’s responses were prompt and often gave timely advice to our questions. The open discussions and thoughtful planning resulted in a beautifully done up place, that exceeded our “just functional” expectation. Friends and families have given much positive feedback too. I had engaged Yin Jye for my renovation, Starting from the consultation, she took down every single detail that I had mentioned that I was looking for in my initial design. I can say this because I was genuinely impressed at the initial design that she showed me as it was evident that she had taken into consideration most, if not all, the pointers that I had raised during our initial meeting to understand my requirements. Proceeding on to the development of the sketches and details, she worked closely with me to get every detail down to a science, taking into consideration, logic, daily ease of use, experience, alternative choices and their pros and cons as well as aesthetics to match both my requirements, expectations and the reality of things. The end product was definitely not a cookie cutter one. Every step of the way she was extremely responsive, offering her guiding opinions while taking into consideration my preferences and objectives. Upon finalization of the design, she took the time to go through with me every detail of the project, ensuring that I was satisfied with the design, and any part where I was hesitant she would lay out to me all the different options together with the pros and cons so that I may make an informed decision. The Construction itself was smooth, where Yin Jye herself would manage the project and ensure that it was done up to a satisfactory standard herself. She was well involved throughout the the renovation process and would kept me updated on the progress as well as any other decisions that should be made. At the end of it all she walked through the house with me and any rectifications was promptly settled by her without any delay. The Carpentry team involved in my project which I had the pleasure to work with during the more intricate carpentry designing and fabrication was extremely professional and approachable, and never hesitated in explaining to me all of my queries, promptly addressing any concerns that I have had. They never once lamented about any additional requests that I may have had and always came with a smile. It was truly enjoyable working with them. Throughout the project, she has displayed immaculate attention to detail, has been consistently very responsive replies, demonstrated that she has listened with great attention to any comments or requirements I have put forth, taken personal responsibility on the oversight of the entire project. I am extremely happy with the end product and would definitely engage her again.

Highly recommend our ID Yin Jye! Our project was delayed due to covid which led to a 2 year renovation journey with our ID. We made a lot of changes over the course but Yin Jye has been the most patient and responsive throughout! She has good design sense and attentive to details, clear in giving prompt constructive and professional advices while ensuring our preference is heard. On top of that, she has very good working relationship with ground workers which is heartening to see. We received regular prompt updates on the progress, and we had the peace of mind that the renovation in good hands. We love the house we co-created with our ID! It is tailored to our living habit and lifestyle and has the aesthetic element designed by Yin Jye.

We engaged Eva Lau for our 5rm flat renovation and are pleased with her services. She is very cheerful with a great attitude, and was very patient with my parents, walking them through each and every step with professionalism. She follows through on everything from the start to finish (and then some rectifications), and her team is always ready to drop by to fix stuff promptly. With her many years of experience, she has many ideas and deals which we appreciate very much, especially if you are as indecisive as me.

Eva and team was fantastic - we could not have asked for more. We had a very pleasant experience. Eva had great ideas, listened to us, made suggestions, helped us select fittings and lightings but was never overbearing and jointly developed the scope. She was very patient in revising drawings - drawings and renderings were very helpful for us. She helped coordinate the other contractors to finish timely. Work done is of high quality. We are very happy with our new home. After we moved in, she has been very helpful in sending workers for small jobs/issues - is very prompt. She and Sunny (supervisor) are a great team!

I engaged Eva Lau for a modern luxury theme for my resale condo. Eva typically does bigger projects (super senior designer in Weiken) but she was gracious to accept my small project (only feature wall and cabinet carpentry) and she has done such an excellent job!! She has very good design sense and knows what I want, also she gives good suggestions on overall design and colour. Despite not doing painting works and floor decking through her, she spent time to suggest colours and paint type. Eva is honest and on time, she delivers what she promises and I literally did not need to worry on project timeline. The quality of carpentry is excellent and Eva ensures that quality work is delivered. She will work with the vendors to ensure all issues are rectified and was willing to help out in minor areas that were not part of the contract. To quote my friends who worked with other IDs and saw my completed home, they were very impressed and to quote them " The ID has good design sense" and "carpentry quality and material used is great". I am a proud and pleased owner because of the good work Eva has delivered. Highly recommend her!

Evelyn Wang is an amazing experience ID, highly responsible and always doing her best for the customer. She is creative, professional and have strong passion for the interior design. Our communication with her is smooth and she always patient to listen to our needs, open to hear opinions. The renovation is well coordinated and finished within 2 months time, very are very satisfied with the end results.
